The problem

Notes without structure become a pile nobody trusts. Decisions and preferences get restated because the last time they were settled is unfindable.

What it does

Every note follows a required frontmatter schema, is written to a defined location, and carries provenance, a source, and a review date. Governance rules and a write policy define what gets written and where. The store is reachable by AI agents through an MCP server, so a decision made once can be searched and reused instead of re-litigated.

Long-running personal and project work that needs to survive across sessions without losing what was already decided.
